ABOUT SKUPLY

We build one machine,
and we run it ourselves.

Skuply is not an agency and not a tool somebody on your team has to learn. It is a connection to your webshop, a pipeline running through it, and a report showing what changed. We switch it on, we keep it running.

WHY THIS EXISTS

We ran into it ourselves.

Skuply came out of AImplement, where we build digital employees for companies with too much manual work. In nearly every e-commerce project the same thing came back: the plan was about channels and campaigns, and the work turned out to be product data. Fifteen thousand fields nobody is ever going to fill.

That is not a project but an assembly line, and you do not buy an assembly line as software. So Skuply is a service with a fixed monthly price, not a screen somebody on your team has to work in. The first pass is the heavy lifting. After that it is keeping up, and that costs us little because little changes each time.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Four things we do not bend on.

An empty field is not a detail.

It decides whether a product exists in the place where the buyer is looking. Everything we build comes down to that, and anything that does not contribute to it we do not build.

Guessing is not a property.

A model that guesses produces a barcode that does not exist and a standard nobody tested. Below the threshold nothing goes live. That is a locked door, not a setting somebody can flip.

Provenance belongs to the value.

Every field carries where it came from and how certain we are. Without that, enrichment is a black box, and a black box cannot be rolled back.

The price is on the site.

Whoever hides their price sells it differently in every call. There is one package and one scale, and they read the same for everyone.

WHO YOU SPEAK TO

Two people. Both of them build.

FRONT

Jelle

First call, the scan, and everything you get to see. Ask for a demo and it comes from here, with your own catalogue on the screen.

BACK

Joost

The pipeline, the connections and the threshold. Ask why a field stayed empty and the answer comes from here, with the log line attached.

PORTRAITS, SURNAMES AND JOB TITLES ARE PLACEHOLDER

WHAT WE ARE NOT

Three things we do not do,
so you know what you are starting.

No agency

No team of ten gets assigned to your project. Whoever you speak to is whoever builds it, and that stays true once it runs.

No SaaS

No free trial, no onboarding checklist, no screen anybody has to learn. We deliver filled fields, not software.

No payment on results

Attribution in e-commerce is a swamp. Fixed price, a holdout of 2,000 products, and a report you can check yourself.

We are a small company that builds one machine, runs it itself, and accounts for it every month in a report you can forward.
